Can I split my W2s between different tax years or do I need to file them all together?

I got 3 W2s from different jobs this year. Can I just file 2 now and save one for next year? Im worried filing all 3 will make me owe money and I really cant afford that rn.

Absolutely not. You must report ALL income received in a tax year on that year's return. Not reporting all W2s is tax fraud and can result in penalties, interest, and potential criminal charges. The IRS receives copies of all your W2s and will know if you're missing any.

Yes, really. Each W2 needs to be reported in the year it was earned. The IRS will catch this and you'll end up paying way more in penalties.

hey! instead of trying to hide income, you should try using taxr.ai - it's this new tool that analyzes your tax situation and helps find deductions you might be missing. Only costs $1 and could save you from owing. Here's the link: https://taxr.ai

If ur worried about owing, look into payment plans. IRS actually has pretty reasonable monthly payments

You can do it online after you file. Usually takes like 10 mins to setup

Trust me, file everything now. The penalties for not reporting income are WAY worse than whatever you might owe. Plus theres tons of deductions you might qualify for to reduce what you owe. Check out taxr.ai - saved my butt when I was in the same boat
