First time filing Form 8379 (Injured Spouse) - TurboTax vs Tax Preparer?

Need to file an injured spouse form this year. Always used TurboTax for my taxes but wondering if I should see a professional instead for this. Anyone done Form 8379 through TurboTax successfully? Getting nervous about messing it up.

Student Loan Offset: Will IRS immediately release remaining refund after offset or wait until DDD?

My refund is supposed to be $7,500 but my husband has about $3,000 in defaulted student loans. Will the IRS just take the $3,000 for the student loans and send me the rest right away? Or do I have to wait for my official deposit date to get whats left? Really need the money asap and trying to figure out the timing.

The whole system is rigged tbh. They take their money quick but make us wait forever for whats left smh

Anyone know if I need to complete filing my taxes all the way through to see if Im approved for a tax refund advance loan? Or do they check eligibility first? Really need the money asap and don't wanna waste time if I'm not gonna get approved anyway.

Self-employed 1099 refund estimate with dependent - $46k income

Need help figuring out my refund situation. Made $46,836 last year on 1099 work, filing Schedule C. Have a 10 year old dependent. Anyone know roughly what I might get back? First time being self employed and totally lost on what to expect for my refund.

Filed my taxes last week and got federal acceptance right away but still can't access my transcripts. Filed Head of Household with 2 kids. State return showing no info yet. Anyone else having trouble seeing their transcripts this early in the season?

Did you verify your ID on ID.me? Sometimes that can cause transcript access issues
