If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

2022 Return Under Examination (Codes 420/810) - N/A Status for 2023 Return After Filing in March

Filed my taxes back in March and my transcript hasn't moved at all for 2023. It's now showing N/A for 2023 which is frustrating because my 2022 tax return was processed on May 29, 2023. Looking at my 2022 transcript: ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 14,436.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: 2,195.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 14,345.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 2,195.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE: Apr. 15, 2023 PROCESSING DATE: May 29, 2023 TRANSACTIONS: CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION | CYCLE DATE | AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed | 20231905 05-29-2023 | $2,195.00 30221-417-20488-3 766 Credit to your account | 04-15-2023 | -$2,100.00 766 Credit to your account | 04-15-2023 | -$1,600.00 768 Earned income credit | 04-16-2023 | -$6,770.00 810 Refund freeze | 05-29-2023 | $0.00 971 Notice issued | 05-29-2023 | $0.00 420 Examination of tax return | 05-12-2023 | $0.00 I filed as Head of Household. What's concerning me is that my 2022 return shows codes 810 (Refund freeze), 971 (Notice issued), and 420 (Examination of tax return) from last year. I'm worried the same thing is happening again this year. Called IRS twice and got nowhere. I really need this money - last year I was expecting around $10,470 in refunds and credits (including $6,770 in EIC) but it looks like there was some kind of audit or examination. Is my 2023 return stuck in the same process? Does N/A for 2023 mean I'm getting something or not? Starting to lose hope here.

Help Understanding CP74 Notice: Child Tax Credit Recertification and 6-Week Refund Timeline

Finally got my hands on my transcript and I'm completely lost looking at all these codes and dates. Can someone help me understand what I'm looking at? Never had to deal with this before and it's like reading another language. I received this notice that says "You've successfully recertified for the credits you claimed for 2022" and mentions "Based on the information provided on the Form 8862 Information to Claim Certain Credits After Disallowance filed with your 2022 18x return we've adjusted your account to include the following credits you claimed on your tax return: Child Tax Credit/Credit for other dependents or Additional Child Tax Credit (CTC and ACTC)." The notice also says "You don't need to do anything at this time" and "if you haven't already received your refund you'll receive it within 6 weeks as long as you don't owe other tax or debts we're required to collect." There's also text that says "You will not have to complete a Form 8862 in the future to claim Child Tax Credit/Credit for other dependents or Additional Child Tax Credit (CTC and ACTC)." It mentions visiting www.irs.gov/cp74 for additional information and says "For tax forms, instructions and publications visit www.irs.gov or call 800 TAX FORM (800-829-3676)." The notice ends with "Keep this notice for your records. If you need assistance please don't hesitate to contact us." I'm really confused about what this means for my refund status. Does this mean my credits were previously denied and now they're approved? How long should I expect to wait for my refund now? The whole Form 8862 thing is completely new to me.

Just download it and take screenshots of the codes section. That way you can reference it easier when people try to help explain things to you
