If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

$9,120 Tax Refund On Hold - TC 570/971 Dated 2/24/25 - HOH with 3 Dependents - What's Next?

I just checked my transcript and I see my refund amount is -$10,120.00 but there's a 570 and 971 code at the bottom. Both dated 2/24/25. Anyone know what this means for my refund? I filed HOH with 3 dependents. Here's the full transcript I'm looking at: ANY MINUS SIGN SHOWN BELOW SIGNIFIES A CREDIT AMOUNT ACCOUNT BALANCE: -10,120.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 26, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 26, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -10,120.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED.. EXEMPTIONS: 03 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 33,691.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 11,791.00 TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 17, 2025 PROCESSING DATE Feb. 26, 2025 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20250605 02-26-2025 $0.00 70211-428-04659-5 806 W-2 or 1099 withholding 04-17-2025 -$1,745.00 766 Credit to your account 04-17-2025 -$2,922.00 768 Earned income credit 04-17-2025 -$5,453.00 570 Additional account action pending 02-26-2025 $0.00 971 Notice issued 02-26-2025 $0.00 This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data The refund breaks down as follows: $1,745.00 in W-2 withholding, $2,922.00 in credits, and $5,453.00 for earned income credit, totaling $10,120.00. I'm confused because the codes appeared after my return was processed on 2/26/2025 (cycle 20250605). I can see the 570 code (Additional account action pending) and 971 (Notice issued) both dated 2/26/2025. There's no penalties or interest showing (both $0.00 as of 2/26/2025). Has anyone dealt with these codes before? Will I still get my refund or is there a problem? I'm worried because the 570 says "Additional account action pending" but doesn't explain what action. And what kind of notice is the 971 code referring to? Really hoping this doesn't delay my refund.

Listen up because this is important. I'm a tax professional and here's what you need to know about 60-day reviews: 1. Don't panic - these are routine and often automated 2. Most common triggers: income discrepancies, identity verification, or documentation review 3. Best tools to track progress: - Check WMR daily (morning updates) - Use taxr.ai for detailed transcript analysis ($1 well spent) - Monitor mail for IRS correspondence 4. Average resolution time is actually 45 days 5. DO NOT call IRS unless you hit day 60 btw if anyone needs super specific analysis of their situation, seriously try taxr.ai - it's changed how I help my clients understand their delays.
