If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

$15,760 Refund Still Frozen Despite June 571 Resolution Code - Transcript Shows February Freeze & Mysterious 2023 Amendment

I filed my taxes early this year and my refund of $15,760.00 has been stuck since February. I'm getting really frustrated because the IRS seems to be holding my money with no explanation. I just pulled my transcript today (10-15-2024) to see what's going on. Looking at my IRS Account Transcript for tax period Dec. 31, 2023, I can see my account balance is -$15,760.00 with $0.00 in accrued interest and $0.00 in accrued penalties as of Jun. 24, 2024. I'm a single filer with an adjusted gross income of $21,776.00 and taxable income of $7,926.00. My tax per return was only $787.00, but I had $16,547.00 in withholdings which is why my refund is so large. The transcript shows several concerning transaction codes: - Code 150: Tax return filed - cycle 20242005 on 06-03-2024 for $787.00 - Code 806: W-2 or 1099 withholding - dated 04-15-2024 for -$16,547.00 - Code 810: Refund freeze - dated 02-16-2024 for $0.00 - Code 570: Additional account action pending - dated 06-03-2024 for $0.00 - Code 571: Resolved additional account action - dated 06-10-2024 for $0.00 - Code 977: Amended - dated 02-21-2023 for $0.00 What's confusing me is that there's a refund freeze (code 810) from February 16, 2024, then codes 570 (Additional account action pending) from June 3 and 571 (Resolved additional account action) from June 10. There's also a code 977 for an amended return from February 21, 2023, but I didn't file an amended return for that year that I recall. The processing date shows as June 03, 2024, and the return due date or return received date is listed as Apr. 15, 2024. I have zero self-employment tax as both taxpayer and spouse SE taxable income show $0.00. I've never had to revise anything before, and this is really worrying me because this is a huge amount for me. I've been trying to get through to the IRS but can't reach anyone. What's even more frustrating is that my return was filed and processed on June 3rd, 2024, but I still haven't received anything despite it showing the "Resolved additional account action" code on June 10th. Does anyone know what these codes mean together? Why would there be a freeze in February when my return wasn't even processed until June? And why would there be an amended return code from 2023? I'm completely lost and really need this money.

Call the Tax Advocate Service. With that amount of money and this long of a wait, they might be able to help.

Its frustrating but hang in there! My 2022 return was stuck for 6 months before it finally processed. No rhyme or reason to it tbh

DETAILED ANALYSIS: As someone who deals with IRS delays regularly, here's what's likely happening: 1. Early filers often face longer delays due to fraud prevention 2. No codes usually means manual review is needed 3. System backlogs are worse than ever this year RECOMMENDED STEPS: - Keep checking WMR weekly - Use taxr.ai to analyze your transcript (seriously, best tool out there) - Follow up with congressman every 10 days - Request Taxpayer Advocate if hardship is severe Dont lose hope! The return will process eventually.

IRS Transcript Shows $1,719 Balance Due Despite $39,513 Income and $1,546 Withholding - Self-Employment Tax Included

I just got my 2022 tax transcript and I'm super confused. It's showing I owe $1,719.49 but I was expecting a refund. According to the transcript from the Internal Revenue Service (United States Department of the Treasury), my Adjusted Gross Income is $39,513.00 and my taxable income is $26,563.00. I had withholdings of $1,546.00 from my W-2/1099, but they're showing a total tax per return of $3,254.00. They're also showing self-employment taxable income of $1,764.00 with a self-employment tax of $270.00. I'm filing as Single with 1 exemption, and now they've even added a late payment penalty of $8.54 and interest charges of $2.95. The processing date was April 24, 2023, and the return due date or return received date (whichever is later) was April 15, 2023. Looking at the transactions on my Account Transcript (Request Date: 04-08-2023): - Tax return filed: $3,254.00 (Cycle date: 20231405, 04-24-2023, Code 150) - W-2 or 1099 withholding: -$1,546.00 (04-15-2023, Code 806) - Penalty for late payment of tax: $8.54 (Cycle date: 20231405, 04-24-2023, Code 276) - Interest charged for late payment: $2.95 (Cycle date: 20231405, 04-24-2023, Code 196) This brings my total account balance to $1,719.49. The transcript states that this is not even the final payoff amount with accruals, though it shows accrued interest of $0.00 and accrued penalty of $0.00 as of Apr. 24, 2023, with the "account balance plus accruals" still at $1,719.49. There's even a tracking number on the transcript: 10. Can someone help me understand what's going on with these numbers? This has to be wrong right? I'm completely baffled because I was expecting money back, not to owe nearly $1,800!
