570 Code Changed to 571 but 810 Freeze Still Active - Waiting for 811 Release
Just checked my transcript and saw my 570 code changed to 571 which is progress but the 810 freeze is still there. Starting to lose my mind waiting for that 811 code to show up. Anyone else dealing with this?

The 571 code means they resolved the initial freeze issue, which is good news. However, the 810 freeze is a different matter - it's a refund hold pending review. You'll need to wait for the 811 release code to appear before your refund processes. Usually takes 2-4 weeks after the 571 appears, but could be longer depending on the reason for the 810.

Same situation here! Had my 570 switch to 571 last week but that stubborn 810 is still hanging around. I've been checking my transcript obsessively every day hoping to see that magical 811 code appear. The waiting game is brutal but at least we're making progress with the 571 update. Hoping we both see some movement soon!

Been there! I had the exact same sequence - 570 to 571 with that 810 just sitting there mocking me. Mine took about 5 weeks after the 571 appeared before I finally saw the 811 release. I know it's torture but the 571 is definitely a good sign that things are moving in your system. Try not to check too obsessively (easier said than done I know) - that 811 will show up when it shows up!
