2025 Tax Transcript Shows "RETURN NOT PRESENT" - Filed in January but IRS Has No Record

I filed my tax return months ago but when I check my transcript it still shows no return received. I just pulled my Account Transcript from the IRS website today (02-04-2025) and I'm really concerned about what I'm seeing. The transcript literally says "RETURN NOT PRESENT FOR THIS ACCOUNT" and under transactions it shows "No tax return filed" with no cycle date or amount. This is making me extremely anxious since I filed as Head of Household back in early January. Here's what my transcript shows: Request Date: 02-03-2025 Response Date: 02-03-2025 Tracking Number: 107381280758 Account Transcript FORM NUMBER: 1040 TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31 2024 ACCOUNT BALANCE: 0.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 24, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 24, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS: 0.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED: EXEMPTIONS: 00 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: [blank] TAXABLE INCOME: [blank] TAX PER RETURN: [blank] And in big letters it says "RETURN NOT PRESENT FOR THIS ACCOUNT" with only one transaction showing "No tax return filed" I'm starting to really worry since it's been forever - well over a month since I filed. Should I just keep waiting for it to update or do I need to contact my tax preparer ASAP? Is it possible my return was rejected and my preparer didn't tell me? I'm concerned because I was expecting a refund and now I don't know what's happening with my taxes.
