Have you tried the online chat option? Sometimes it's easier to get help that way, and you have a written record of the conversation.
This happened to me last year. Turns out I missed the annual recertification form. Check if that's what you missed too.

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for way too long: 1. Keep a log of all your calls (date, time, who you spoke to) 2. Ask for a reference number for each call 3. If possible, get an email address to follow up 4. Be persistent but polite 5. If all else fails, contact your local representative It's a pain, but you gotta play the long game with these bureaucrats. Don't give up!

I didnβt see an icon for the FloridaEBT do you also have the option for them? Having a hard time trying to return a callβ¦just get VM. They call us and leave VM but when trying to return no one answers and it goes to VM and then they send letter stating we have not contacted them and denied? Can you and how does the pricing work?
