Why are all the so rude! I’ve called multiple times in the last 6 weeks. I applied for a regular UI January 2020, then was approved for the CTB program () until May 2022. I was told by multiple that I would receive my monthly benefits until May 2022 but now today they are telling me I’ve exhausted my claim. Out of spite these are transferring me to random people who won’t help me. I don’t know what to do? I spent over $100 using to call and I don’t know who else can help.
