How do you get them to back date your claim? This is my second time having to do this. The first time they said my identification needed to be verified so they mailed me out a letter. What do I do next

Hey Koreasha If you choose to call EDD for backdate, you will need to know why you didn’t file a claim/certify during that time period. When they put the request for you, they are going to ask you the name of your last employer and dates you worked for them.
