Finally was connected with a live agent on the phone. I was told that the entire program for is under review due to "fraud". A form, I was told, will be sent out to me and it could take another month to process. Real nice of them since they are already a month late paying my claim. They will not allow a person to anything online. He said "This wasn't personal we have over 300,000 claims we are and we are questioning Dr's. I informed this very medically knowledgeable guy that if a person has a broken ankle, they can't walk. Again he said this wasn't personal. They did not pull me out because of a single audit....they are doing this to everyone. I told him my and is due and I would like a letter of explanation. He said they won't do that. He said there were worse people off they are homeless. Nice response from a petty bureaucrat!! I've put up with too much crap like everyone else seems to be over the last 2 years. Im an RN. 👏

I am sorry to hear that. I am feeling how you are frustrating. Recently with fake forms are filed over 345k. stop payments for all claims until they set up new regulation systems. All need to be verified their ID through ID.me. will send individual to doctors' email. I guess it would be very long time according to past experiences. BTW: That was just only one comment the very medical knowledgeable guy said to me. It was his perception as to why "The Program" was being audited not just me. It was not about ID Me. I spoke with my physician about this. He speaks to them on the phone quite regularly. Just stating how totally inept the petty bureaucrats truly are and why the hell do they do this during a to people who need help. Thanks for the bank and rental assistance program though.
