OMG I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!! My card was frozen for like a MONTH in November 2020 and I literally couldn't buy food. They never even apologized. How do I check if I'm getting a check too?? Did they send it to your current address or an old one? I've moved twice since then.

They sent it to my current address, which is weird because I never updated it with them after I stopped getting benefits. Maybe they accessed address records from somewhere else?
