Are you actually on hold on the with EDD? And if so do you just sit and wait or do you continue to do things like housework? And do you wait on speakerphone or do you use or what? The reason I'm asking I'm just scared to even move my if once I get on there cuz I don't want to call the drop.

Let me share mine. Before I use this service, I have to keep calling because call was dropped and hung up on me. With this service, all I need to is a wait. Yes, wait is also not easy but it’s much much better Because we don’t have to keep calling. I put a speaker mode with high volume and do cleaning or watching tv until call is coming.
