The rep just said there was a callback feature... has anybody had any luck with this? it might solve the disconnect issue.

it's hit or miss. sometimes they don't even offer it. And sometimes they back, often times they don't. my way of thinking is that you place your fate in the hands of EDD, whereas persistent calling is hard but results in better outcomes.

ahh, i don't blame you. is ridiculous. But I've seen so many people burned by letting have it their way. I've seen the best success was sticking to controlling the show with them.

Edd online says my password expired. When I try to set a new password they ask security questions that I never set up in the first place! Does this sound familiar to any one?
