Good morning ugh! I'm just fed up with this whole edd/sdi system. I have applied and recieved quite a few times. Same Dr, same diagnosis,  same address same phone number. But, I was selected for ID verification.  Ok, no problem.  I mailed (snail mail) and sent certified all the address verification,  as a matter of fact I sent one of each category that they were asking for. I sent this on 2/2 . I hadn't hear anything from them. So, I got my legislation I then finally recieved an update yesterday that said I was because I failed to send in the verification.  REALLY!!! So, they not only didn't get one package, but they did get two? I took a picture of rhe envelope at the post office and I have the return receipt. This is crazy.

Nichelle, I’m so sorry, that’s so annoying and frustrating. I would call again and see if they let you resubmit or send in the again since are long process. I had 2 rude reps! I couldn’t handle the first one so I hanged up. 2nd one, at the end of the call I asked for his name and he hanged up on me. I was so mad!

So I had my phone interview with Edd about my on August 6th about my pending payments since last week of March and they said to wait 10 days for they and now it been 20 days and still haven’t heard anything from Edd

They told me 10 days to wait on a and it's been 4 months
