There are no more special lines for a tier 2. There is only one line now. You will speak with a tier 2 when you for that option.

That's when I usually get a hang up or end up waiting so long that all the tier 2 agents have gone home for the day

I would state your problem, ask if you need a tier 2, and if so, wait for a tier 2 on the call. Do not hang up.

Did that but before I I just want to make sure that I have a way to access a tier 2 agent at the the problem I've been having is I can get ahold of people at the but when they tell me that I have to speak to a tier 2 agent to resolve my issue I get hung up on and in most cases for me to even get a regular agent takes me about 6 to 8 hours so I'm just wondering is there a way for you guys to be able to contact that you're 28 using your services and if so how do I select an option for that before paying or is it after I

I always speak with tier 2. They are on same line. I haven’t heard of any troubles to speaking with tier 2. When you’re connected, tier 1 answers.  Ask tier 1 to transfer tier 2.
