PFL claim filed - now what? Tips for contacting the office?

Ugh, dealing with the paid family leave office is such a pain. I filed my claim like 2 months ago and still haven't heard anything back. Good luck getting through on the phone, it's like trying to win the lottery 🙄

This whole system is a joke. We pay into it our whole working lives and then when we need it, we can't even access it. Someone should sue the state for this bs
