PFL Account Login Issues - Can't View Claim. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble logging into my Paid Family Leave account. Has anyone else experienced this? I keep trying to view my claim but nothing's working. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! The PFL website can be such a nightmare sometimes. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That worked for me when I had login issues.

I had the same issue last month. Turns out there was maintenance on the site, and they didn't bother to tell anyone 🙄 Maybe check if there's any announcements on their social media?

Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes the site acts up with certain browsers. I had better luck using Firefox instead of Chrome.

Honestly, the whole PFL system is a joke. I've been trying to get my claim sorted for weeks now. Can't log in half the time, and when I do, nothing works properly. Anyone else feel like were living in the stone age with this tech?

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what worked for me: 1. Try accessing the site early in the morning (like 6-7 AM). Less traffic then. 2. Make sure your browser is up to date. 3. Disable any ad-blockers or VPNs you might be using. 4. If all else fails, call the technical support line. Be prepared to wait, but they can usually help. Hope this helps!
