Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Quick question - did you receive a confirmation email when you first submitted your application? If not, there's a chance it didn't go through properly. Might be worth resubmitting if you can't find any proof of the original submission.
Yeah, I did get a confirmation email. At least I know they received it. Just wish they'd tell me what's going on with it now!
Protip: If you can, go to your local EDD office in person. I know it's a pain, but I got my issue resolved in one day after weeks of no response online and on the phone. Sometimes face-to-face is the way to go!
This! 💯 In-person is always faster. Just be prepared to wait in line for a while. Bring a book or something to keep you busy.
