Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out when my next payment will be issued. Anyone else in the same boat? It's been a while since I've received anything and I'm starting to get worried. Any advice on how to check the status or who to contact?

I feel ya, OP. The waiting game is the worst. Have you tried logging into your online account? Sometimes they update the payment status there before sending out notifications.

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sure! You just go to the website, choose the department you need to call, pay the fee, and they start calling right away. When they get a real person, your phone rings and you're connected. Saved me a whole day of being on hold.
