SDI claim issues - No luck today, trying again tomorrow. Any advice?

Pro tip: I found a way to actually get through to someone. There's this site called claimyr.com that has a calling tool. Have you tried faxing your documents? Sometimes that's faster than calling.

SDI is the worst. I swear they make it difficult on purpose to discourage people from claiming. Hang in there, OP!

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this until you get through to the menu 4. Once in the menu, choose option 2, then 4, then 1 (this might vary depending on your specific issue) 5. If you get put on hold, DO NOT HANG UP. I once waited 3 hours but finally got through It's a pain, but persistence is key. Good luck!
