SDI Verification Issues & Missing Forms - Help Needed!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my SDI claim. They're saying I need to be verified, and I might be missing some forms. Has anyone dealt with this before? What should I do next?

Ugh, I've been there. The verification process can be a real pain. Have you checked your online account to see if there are any specific documents they're requesting? Sometimes they'll list exactly what they need.

Thanks for the tip! I'll log in and take a look. Do you remember how long it took for your verification to go through?

It took about 2 weeks for me, but I've heard it can vary. Just make sure you upload everything they ask for ASAP to avoid delays.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

20 bucks? Idk man, seems kinda steep just to talk to someone 🤔

I get the skepticism, but it seriously saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo

Can confirm, I used it last week. Got through in about an hour instead of calling for days 👍

Here's what you need to do: 1. Log into your SDI account and check for any messages or alerts 2. Look for a section called "Required Documents" or something similar 3. Common verification docs include: - Copy of your ID (driver's license or state ID) - Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) - Social Security card - Recent pay stubs 4. Upload clear, legible scans or photos of everything they ask for 5. If you're missing any forms, there should be a way to download and fill them out online 6. Submit everything ASAP and keep checking your account for updates If you still have trouble after doing all this, try calling first thing in the morning when they open. Good luck!

Have you tried faxing your documents? Sometimes that works faster than uploading online. Just make sure to include your claim number on every page!

Lmao I know it sounds ancient, but some govt offices still prefer fax 🤷♀️ There are apps that let you fax from your phone tho!

I had a similar issue last month. Turns out they had my old address on file and that's why I was missing some forms. Double-check all your contact info is up to date!
