New UI claim stuck in pending status - need help ASAP!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what worked for me: 1. Gather all your documents (pay stubs, ID, etc.) 2. Call first thing in the morning (like 7:59 AM) 3. Be super nice to the rep, even if you're frustrated 4. Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things through.

guys i just got off the phone with them. apparently theres a glitch in there system affecting claims filed in the last 2 weeks. they said itll be fixed by next monday
