Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's so frustrating! Have you tried calling the EDD? I've been trying for days but can't get through.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your UI Online account for any pending issues or messages. 2. Make sure all your certifications are up to date. 3. If you see a "pending" status, there might be an identity verification issue. 4. Try uploading any requested documents again. 5. If nothing works, you HAVE to speak with a rep. have u checked ur bank account info on the edd website? sometimes they randomly change it for "security reasons" 🙄

This happened to me last month. Turns out there was a flag on my account for potential fraud. Had to verify my identity AGAIN. Such a headache.
