Hey, I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. have u checked ur mail? sometimes they send important notices that way and if u miss em, it can hold up ur payments

This might sound weird, but check if your bank info is still correct in your account. My friend's payments got held up because somehow his direct deposit info got messed up.
