Mine took exactly 5 business days to show the SAI score in my account summary. Don't forget that weekends don't count as processing days for FAFSA. Also, make sure you're actually looking in the right place - the SAI doesn't show up in the confirmation email, only in your online account under the "Financial Aid Review" section.

i submitted mine three weeks ago and the SAI showed up after like 4 days. but then my school financial aid office sent me an email saying i got selected for verification and now everything is on hold until i upload like a million documents 🙄 so even after u get the SAI theres still more hoops to jump thru

One thing nobody mentioned yet - after your SAI appears, the next step is for your FAFSA information to be sent to the schools you listed on your application. This usually happens automatically, but sometimes there can be delays in this step too. Once the schools receive your information, they'll use your SAI to determine your financial aid package.
