ok this is gonna sound weird but my bro works in IT and he said sometimes government sites have compatibility issues with certain browsers. we couldnt get it to work on chrome or firefox but when we tried on microsoft edge it suddenly worked!!! might be worth a shot

Did you verify that your dad's name is entered EXACTLY the same on the FAFSA as it appears on his FSA ID account?
