same here!! been trying since monday to update my parent info and NOTHING saves. so frustrating!!!

have u tried completing and saving each section separately instead of doing it all at once? i was running into errors until i started saving after every single page instead of moving through multiple pages then saving

I just saw an update from the Federal Student Aid office - they've identified the bug causing the 'failed to save' errors and expect to have it resolved by tomorrow morning. It's specifically affecting the parent/contributor sections and certain income verification fields. They're also automatically extending all school-specific priority deadlines by one week to accommodate for this technical issue.
