If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

just filed my 4th claim this year (different layoffs, crazy year in retail). washington esd approved it no problem. they dont care how many times youve filed as long as each one is legitimate

4 times in one year! That's rough but good to know Washington ESD handled it normally.

0 coins

yeah it was a terrible year for job stability but unemployment helped me get through it

Bottom line: no limit on repeat unemployment claims in Washington. File with confidence as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. Don't let myths and rumors prevent you from getting benefits you've earned through your work history.

Thank you everyone for all the helpful responses! I feel much more confident about filing my claim now. Really appreciate this community.

You're welcome! That's what we're here for. Good luck with your claim filing.

Thanks everyone for all the insights. Definitely learned a lot about how unemployment statistics work and what they actually mean for job seekers like me.

Good luck with your job search! Don't let the statistics discourage you - persistence pays off.

Just wanted to add that if you're worried about the timeline, start applying for jobs immediately and keep good records. The job search requirement kicks in right away and they can audit your activities retroactively.

I've been doing job searches through WorkSource WA but wasn't sure if I needed to start immediately or wait for approval.

0 coins

Start immediately! The job search requirement begins with your first week of filing, not when your claim gets approved. Keep detailed records of everything.

Bottom line - if you filed last Thursday with no complications, you should see your first payment next Tuesday or Wednesday for your second week of filing. Keep filing weekly, keep job searching, and try not to stress too much about the timeline unless it goes past 3 weeks.

Thanks everyone for all the helpful info! Feeling much more confident about the process now.

Good luck! The waiting is definitely the hardest part but it usually works out fine if you stay on top of your weekly filings.

Been reading through this thread and it's super helpful! I'm in a similar situation and was worried about how much I'd get. Sounds like Washington is pretty fair with their benefit amounts compared to what I hear about other states.

Yeah everyone here has been really helpful! Makes the whole process seem less intimidating.

That's what this community is for - helping each other navigate the unemployment system. Good luck to both of you!

Last tip from me - if you need to talk to Washington ESD about your benefit calculation or any other issues with your claim, seriously consider using Claimyr. I know I mentioned it before but it really does save so much time and frustration. The peace of mind of actually getting through to someone is worth it.

I was skeptical at first but ended up trying Claimyr when I couldn't reach anyone for weeks. Worked exactly like they said it would - got connected to an agent and resolved my issue the same day.

Definitely keeping this in my back pocket in case I need it. Thanks everyone for all the helpful advice!

my sister used claimyr last month when she couldn't get through to ask about her delayed payments. worked great and she got her issue resolved the same day. definitely worth checking out if you run into problems

Good to hear another positive review of that service. Seems like it might be worth having as a backup option.

Bottom line - with your $52k income you're probably looking at $450-550 per week for up to 26 weeks. Not bad as a safety net while you find your next job. Just make sure you understand all the requirements for maintaining eligibility.

Thanks everyone for all the helpful info! This gives me a much better idea of what to expect when I file my claim.
