Finally got TWC appeal payment! Any tips for others still waiting?

Congrats on getting it resolved! I'm still stuck in appeal hell. How long did it take for you? Any tips for speeding up the process?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone at TWC. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Anyone else feel like their drowning in paperwork? I swear I've sent the same documents like 5 times now 🙄
