Same here fr. Been calling since 7:30am every morning for 2 weeks straight and keep getting hung up on 🤡 The system is completely broken

Best times to call are Tuesday-Thursday, avoid Mondays 3. Try the website between 7pm-7am when traffic is lower 4. If you're desperate and can afford it, claimyr.com actually works (saved me weeks of headache) 5. Document EVERYTHING - times you called, errors you got, etc 6. Email your state representative if you're getting nowhere Dont give up, keep trying different approaches. The system sucks but you gotta play the game to win.

pro tip: if u get thru to the spanish line they usually have english speaking agents too and shorter wait times
