Got Through to NY Unemployment After Calling at 8:00 AM - 1 Hour Wait but Issue Fixed!
Finally got through to unemployment today! Called right at 8:00 AM, waited about 1 hour 8 minutes but got my issue fixed in 10 mins. I used the NY unemployment phone number 1 (888)209-8124. Been trying all week with no luck until now. The call log shows my outgoing call started exactly at 8:00 AM - I made sure to call the moment they opened because I heard that's when you have the best chance of getting through. Even though it was a long wait, it was worth it to finally get my unemployment issue resolved. Don't give up yall! 🙏 If you're struggling to get through, try calling right when they open at 8 AM and be prepared to wait at least an hour.
