Need help reaching technician dept to update phone # and file claim - any tips?

Hey everyone, I need to update my phone number and file a claim with my insurance company. I've been trying to get through to the technician department but no luck so far. Has anyone had any success reaching them lately? Any tips on the best time to call or how to navigate their phone system?

I found a way to solve insurance claim filing difficulties, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3hdW2UgUuk

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through to them for weeks now. It's like they don't want us to actually talk to anyone šŸ™„

Same here! I swear they make it difficult on purpose. Anyone know if there's an email we can use instead?

I heard rumors that early morning calls (like 8 AM sharp) sometimes work better. Haven't tried it myself tho

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

$20? That's kinda steep just to talk to someone... Is it really worth it?

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. totally worth the 20 bucks imo

Have you tried their online portal? Sometimes you can update your info there without having to call in

Pro tip: hit 0 repeatedly when you're in the phone menu. Sometimes it'll bump you to a human faster šŸ˜‰

This! šŸ‘† It's worked for me a couple times. Also try saying 'agent' or 'representative' if it's a voice system

I work in customer service (not for your insurance company tho). Here's what I recommend: ā€¢ Call during off-peak hours if possible (early morning or late evening) ā€¢ Have all your info ready before you call (policy number, claim details, etc) ā€¢ Be polite to the rep, even if you're frustrated. We're more likely to go the extra mile for nice customers ā€¢ Ask for a direct callback number or extension if possible ā€¢ If you get disconnected, ask them to note your account so you don't have to repeat everything ā€¢ Consider using their online chat if available - sometimes it's faster Hope this helps! Good luck getting through šŸ€
