Can I amend my NY unemployment claim to add a forgotten job from last year?

I just realized I completely forgot to include one of my jobs when I filed for NY unemployment last year. Is it too late to fix this now? Will I get in trouble for not reporting all my work history? I worked at this place for about 3 months in 2024 before getting laid off from my main job. I'm worried they might say I committed fraud or something, but it was honestly just a mistake! Can I still amend my claim or file a new one that includes this forgotten job?

they might hit u with an overpayment notice if that job woulda changed ur weekly benefit amount... make sure u have ur pay stubs ready when u call. did u get any w2 from that job? you'll need that 2

be CAREFUL! my cousin's husband "forgot" a job too and they accused him of fraud!!! he had to pay back ALL the money plus a penalty and almost got charged with a crime. the system is designed to catch people trying to get more benefits. if you REALLY forgot then fine but they dont believe that usually

Does anyone know if there's a time limit on how far back they'll let you amend? Like if the original claim was filed 14 months ago is that too late?? I'm in a similar situation...
