The ID.me thing is such a headache. I had issues with it too. Have you tried logging into your ID.me account separately to make sure everything is verified on their end? Sometimes the info doesn't transfer properly to unemployment.

have u checked ur spam folder? sometimes the emails from unemployment end up there. also make sure ur entering the correct ssn when u certify each week
