WMR Status Changed to Delayed - Anyone else seeing this 'We apologize' message?
Just checked WMR and got a new message saying 'We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe.' Filed in early February and had bars before, now they're gone. Should I be worried? My transcript still says N/A

This is actually pretty common right now. The IRS is experiencing significant delays with returns. The disappearing bars usually mean your return is in the review phase. Keep checking your transcripts weekly - that's where you'll see real movement before WMR updates.

•How long does this review usually take? Getting anxious about it 😰

•Honestly it varies wildly. Could be weeks or months. The IRS is understaffed and overwhelmed rn

Hey i had the same issue and was going crazy trying to figure out what was happening. I started using taxr.ai ($1) and it completely changed the game. It analyzes your transcript and tells you exactly whats going on and when to expect your refund. Way better than playing detective with WMR https://taxr.ai

The WMR tool is a joke tbh. Mine said delayed for 3 months then randomly deposited without warning lol

Did you claim EIC or CTC? That usually triggers extra review time
