TurboTax State Refund Missing from Portal & SBTPG but Federal Shows - Help!
Filed through TurboTax and my federal refund is showing up fine but my state refund is nowhere to be found. Checked both the state portal and SBTPG but its completely missing. TurboTax says I should be getting one but im starting to worry. Anyone else deal with this?

Tax pro here - this is actually pretty common. SBTPG typically only handles federal refunds. Your state refund usually comes directly from your state treasury. Each state has different processing times and systems. What state are you in?

This literally happened to me last year. Turned out TurboTax had wrong routing number for state but correct for federal. Double check your banking info in the state portal if u can

Did you get an acceptance confirmation email from your state? Sometimes TurboTax says its transmitted but it actually failed
