Need help reading my 2023 transcript - verification needed?
Filed in Feb and still nothing. Not sure if I'm stuck in verification or if my return is just taking forever to process. No letters in the mail, WMR says still processing, and transcripts are available but I have no idea what I'm looking at. Can anyone help me figure out if I need to verify my identity or if I'm just in the normal processing queue?

Without seeing your actual transcript its impossible to tell for sure, but if you haven't received any letters requesting verification and can access your transcripts online, you're probably already verified. The IRS is just moving super slow this year with processing certain returns.

•If you haven't passed the 21 day mark yet, I'd wait. Calling usually just gets you generic answers anyway
