Illinois State Tax Refund Acceptance Status Check 2025
Filed my Illinois state return 3 weeks ago and its still showing as processing. The wmr tool shows accepted but nothing since then. Anyone else waiting on their IL refund? Starting to get worried since I usually get it within 2 weeks.

IL tax specialist here - The state is currently experiencing longer than usual processing times. Most returns are taking 4-6 weeks minimum. If you filed with all correct information and no flags, you should see movement soon.
