IRS Code 768 delay - When will it clear? Any updates?
Been stuck with a code 768 on my transcript for weeks now. Anyone know when this usually clears? I keep checking WMR but no movement at all. Starting to get worried about my refund.

Code 768 indicates the IRS needs to review your earned income credit claim. This can take 45-120 days to resolve. The best thing to do is be patient and keep monitoring your transcript for updates. If it goes beyond 120 days, you should contact the IRS directly.
