IRS Check Delivery Time: Should I be worried after 3 weeks of waiting?

Filed and accepted in January, got a notice that my refund was mailed March 1st but still no check. Getting nervous because my friend got hers in like 5 days. Anyone know the normal wait time for a paper check? I'm in California if that matters.

IRS says to allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of paper checks from the mail date. If it goes beyond that, you'll need to initiate a check trace. Keep in mind USPS is having delays in some areas too.
