Filed 2/9, Transcript Still N/A After 10 Weeks in Errors - Anyone See Movement After Referral?
Filed early February and my transcript has been showing N/A since then. Just hit 10 weeks in errors department and they sent a referral. Anyone else been through this? How long until you saw movement or got your direct deposit date after the referral?

Tax advocate here. This is unfortunately common this year. The N/A transcript usually means your return is stuck in identity verification or fraud prevention. Have you verified your identity on ID.me? That's usually step 1. Also check if you got any CP letters in the mail.

Then you're in the processing queue. These can take 6-16 weeks to resolve depending on staffing and backlog.
