Blank transcript with no PATH ACT showing - what's going on with my refund?
Filed my return and checked my transcript but its completely blank. Everyone keeps talking about PATH ACT delays but I dont even see that on mine. Getting worried because I cant see any updates or codes at all. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

A blank transcript typically means your return hasn't been processed into the system yet. The PATH Act delay message only appears after initial processing. Until then, you'll see nothing. Give it about 2-3 weeks from filing for the system to begin processing and showing updates.

Try calling the IRS tax advocate hotline - sometimes they can see more info than what shows up on transcripts

make sure u actually filed electronically and got an acceptance confirmation. sometimes returns get rejected without people knowing
