IRS Transcript Shows TOP Offset - Will I Get $5,412 or Has TurboTax Already Deducted $210.13 in Fees?

I got my transcript updated today and it shows TOP offset. My refund was supposed to be $5,412 but now it shows a different amount. I e-filed on 01/15 and my return was accepted on 01/18. On my TurboTax account, it shows: FEDERAL Return accepted 01/18 see fees deducted TurboTax fees -$139.36 5 days early guaranteed -$27.22 Pay with your refund -$43.55 Net refund I signed up to receive my federal refund 5 days early. My STATE NY return is still Pending (filed 01/15). Does this mean they already took out their fees? I'm so confused about what TOP even means and if I should expect the full amount or not. I thought I was getting $5,412 based on what I filed, but now with this TOP offset showing on my transcript, I'm wondering if the TurboTax fees were already deducted or if the Treasury Offset Program is taking something else. Should I be looking at the "Net refund" amount as my final number? I'm trying to figure out where my refund is and how much I'll actually get.

Codes 571 & 766 on Transcript: $3,258 Refund Issued Jan 29, Plus $192 Interest After Freeze Removal

Just checked my transcripts and noticed codes 571 and 766 showed up today with the same amount as my expected refund. Been waiting since February and cycle code is 20230805. Does anyone know what this means for my refund timeline? Looking at my transcript details more carefully, I can see several transaction codes: 971 Notice issued 01-07-2025 $0.00 811 Removed refund freeze 01-09-2025 $0.00 846 Refund issued 01-30-2025 $4,258.37 776 Interest credited to your account 02-11-2025 -$292.37 This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data I'm especially curious about what the "Removed refund freeze" means - was my return being held up this whole time? And I notice there's an interest payment of $292.37 showing up in February, even though the refund issuance date shows as January 30th. Does this mean my refund is finally on the way? I've been checking WMR daily since February and it's still showing "processing" even though these codes have appeared on my transcript. The total amount ($4,258.37) matches what I was expecting. Will I actually receive both the refund and the interest payment? Any insights on timing based on these transcript codes would be really helpful!

571 and 846 IRS Transcript Code - refund coming between 4/17 and 4/29?

Just checked my transcripts and noticed code 571 dated 4/29 and code 846 dated 4/17. Does this mean my refund is being issued on 4/17 and I should have it by 4/29? First time seeing these codes and not sure what they mean exactly.

Code 810 Freeze: Need Help Understanding Without Sharing Personal Info

Been dealing with this 810 freeze on my transcript for months now and getting nowhere. Want to understand what's causing it and how to fix it. Really frustrated but don't want to share personal info online. Anyone dealt with this before and got it resolved?

IRS Offset Line Shows Offset Appearing/Disappearing - What's Going On?

I keep calling the offset number and its weird - sometimes it shows an offset and other times it doesn't. Been checking for 2 weeks now and its different every time I call. Anyone know what this means? Are they actually gonna take my refund or not?
