If u got a 971 make sure to also look for a 570 code. They usually come as a pair when theres an account hold.

try calling early morning right when they open. worked for me
Protip: Take screenshots of your WMR and transcript daily. Sometimes they change then change back and its good to have receipts

I work at the IRS (not speaking officially ofc). The 810 after verification is actually a good sign - means your verification was accepted and theyre just doing final reviews. Just gotta wait it out unfortunately
