Pro tip: call your local taxpayer advocate. They can sometimes push things through faster than the regular IRS phone line

Just a heads up, the IRS recently announced they're still working through a backlog of 2022 returns. They said to expect delays, especially for paper returns. Might be worth checking if your return falls into any of the categories they mentioned as likely to be delayed.
