If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

570 Code Delaying My $9,845 HoH Refund with $7,830 EIC - Self-Employed with Feb 24 Hold Date

I just checked my transcript and I'm really worried about a 570 code showing up (Additional account action pending as of 02-25-2025). My expected refund is showing -$9,845.00 but there's this hold up. I filed Head of Household with AGI of $17,658.00. The transcript shows my credits including EIC of -$7,830.00 and what looks like child tax credits (-$3,000.00 and -$1,700.00). My total self employment tax is $2,685.00 on SE income of $17,547.00. Here's my full transcript details: Internal Revenue Service United States Department of the Treasury This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data Request Date: 02-07-2025 Response Date: 02-07-2025 Tracking Number: 107xxxxxxxxxx Account Transcript FORM NUMBER: 1040 TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31, 2024 TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: [REDACTED] ANY MINUS SIGN SHOWN BELOW SIGNIFIES A CREDIT AMOUNT ACCOUNT BALANCE: -9,845.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 24, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Feb. 24, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -9,845.00 INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED EXEMPTIONS: 04 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: 17,658.00 TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TAX PER RETURN: 2,685.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 17,547.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 2,685.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2025 PROCESSING DATE Feb. 17, 2025 TRANSACTIONS CODE EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION CYCLE DATE AMOUNT 150 Tax return filed 20250505 02-17-2025 $2,685.00 30211-417-54246-5 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2025 -$3,000.00 766 Credit to your account 04-16-2025 -$1,700.00 768 Earned income credit 04-16-2025 -$7,830.00 570 Additional account action pending 02-24-2025 $0.00 The processing date was Feb. 17, 2025 (cycle 20250505), and everything looked good with codes 766 and 768 showing my credits properly ($3,000 + $1,700 for child tax credits and $7,830 for EIC), but then this 570 code appeared. My account balance plus accruals still shows -$9,845.00 with no penalties or interest accrued as of Feb 24, 2025. I have 4 exemptions claimed and my taxable income is showing as 0.00 despite having self-employment income. The transcript shows my return was received and processed well before the April 15, 2025 due date. Has anyone dealt with this 570 code before? I'm getting really worried since I need this money. The return isn't even due until April 15, 2025, but I filed early hoping to get the refund quickly. I filed as Head of Household and was expecting credits to be applied on April 15th according to the transcript, but now I'm concerned this 570 code means there's an issue.

have u tried checking wmr? sometimes it gives more info than the transcript

Pro tip: use taxr.ai to analyze your transcript. Mine showed 570 too but the AI explained exactly why and when it would resolve. Best dollar I ever spent no cap

I'd pull your transcripts asap. You can get them online at irs.gov if you make an account. That way youll know exactly whats up instead of playing the guessing game

$13,849 Refund Frozen with Code 810 - No Explanation After 2 Months - HoH Filing with $28,832 AGI, Transcript Shows Clear Credits

Filed my 2022 taxes end of January and they were accepted 1/31. I'm filing as Head of Household with an AGI of $28,832.00 and taxable income of $9,432.00. Got hit with a freeze code 810 on 2/7/2023. My transcript shows a credit balance of -$13,849.00 (made up of -$10,849.00 in W-2/1099 withholding and a -$3,000.00 credit to my account), but I can't get my refund. The IRS says I need to wait 180 days for a letter, and they're saying no verification is needed. My processing date shows as March 13, 2023, and there's no accrued interest or penalties showing as of that date. I pulled my Account Transcript today (4/1/2023) from the IRS website, and it's driving me crazy seeing all this information but still not having my refund. The transcript clearly shows: ACCOUNT BALANCE: -$13,849.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: $0.00 AS OF: Mar. 13, 2023 ACCRUED PENALTY: $0.00 AS OF: Mar. 13, 2023 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS (this is not a payoff amount): -$13,849.00 The information from my return shows: FILING STATUS: Head of Household EXEMPTIONS: 03 ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: $28,832.00 TAXABLE INCOME: $9,432.00 TAX PER RETURN: $0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: $0.00 SE TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: $0.00 TOTAL SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: $0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER): Apr. 15, 2023 PROCESSING DATE: Mar 13, 2023 Looking at my transcript codes: 150 - Tax return filed (cycle 20230805, dated 03-13-2023) $0.00 70221-432-00537-3 806 - W-2 or 1099 withholding (04-15-2023) -$10,849.00 810 - Refund freeze (02-07-2023) $0.00 766 - Credit to your account (04-15-2023) -$3,000.00 Anyone else stuck in this boat? Why does it take half a year just to get a letter when my account transcript clearly shows everything? My return isn't even due until April 15, 2023, but here I am waiting on nearly $14k with no explanation. The transcript literally says "This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data" but apparently not sensitive enough for them to process my refund quickly!

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF 810 FREEZES AND SOLUTIONS: An 810 freeze is basically the IRS's fraud prevention system flagging your return. Here's what you need to know: - These freezes are WAY more common in 2023-2024 due to increased identity theft - Average resolution time is 60-120 days, despite them saying 180 - Your withholding and credits look normal, so this should resolve automatically - DO NOT call multiple times, it doesn't help Pro tip: Instead of stressing daily, use taxr.ai to analyze your transcript. It'll give you a precise timeline and explanation of what's happening. It costs $1 but saves hours of research and anxiety. I've seen it predict release dates with scary accuracy. Source: Been dealing with these freezes for years as a tax consultant.
