If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Check if any of your employers sent W2s already. Sometimes the IRS system shows activity when they receive income documents, even if no return is filed yet.

Head of Household Filer: $9,576 Refund ($2,616 Credit + $6,960 EIC) with Feb 24 Processing Date, April 15 Payment Date

Just wanted to share some detailed info about tax refund timing from my 2024 transcript! The PATH act restriction lifts this Monday and I'm seeing some movement. Looking at my transcript from 02-15-2025, I'm getting a total refund of $10,576.00 ($3,616.00 regular credit plus $6,960.00 in Earned Income Credit). My transcript shows a processing date of Feb 24, 2025, but as we all know, just because you see a processing date doesn't mean that's when you'll actually get paid. Here's exactly what I'm seeing on my transcript: Internal Revenue Service United States Department of the Treasury This Product Contains Sensitive Taxpayer Data Request Date: 02-15-2025 Response Date: 02-15-2025 Account Transcript TAX PERIOD: Dec. 31, 2024 ANY MINUS SIGN SHOWN BELOW SIGNIFIES A CREDIT AMOUNT ACCOUNT BALANCE: -10,576.00 ACCRUED INTEREST: 0.00 AS OF: Mar. 10, 2025 ACCRUED PENALTY: 0.00 AS OF: Mar. 10, 2025 ACCOUNT BALANCE PLUS ACCRUALS: -10,576.00 ** INFORMATION FROM THE RETURN OR AS ADJUSTED ** EXEMPTIONS: 03 FILING STATUS: Head of Household ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME: TAXABLE INCOME: 0.00 TOTAL TAX PER RETURN: 0.00 TOTAL TAXABLE INCOME TAXPAYER: 0.00 TOTAL TAXABLE INCOME SPOUSE: 0.00 SELF EMPLOYMENT TAX: 0.00 RETURN DUE DATE OR RETURN RECEIVED DATE (WHICHEVER IS LATER) Apr. 15, 2025 PROCESSING DATE Feb. 24, 2025 TRANSACTIONS EXPLANATION OF TRANSACTION | CYCLE | DATE | AMOUNT Tax return filed | | 02-24-2025 | $0.00 Credit to your account | | 04-16-2025 | -$3,616.00 Earned income credit | | 04-16-2025 | -$6,960.00 My transcript also shows I filed as Head of Household with 3 exemptions. The system is showing $0.00 for taxable income and self-employment tax. No interest or penalties showing (both $0.00 as of Mar. 10, 2025). It's interesting that while my processing date is Feb. 24, 2025, the dates listed for both my regular credit and Earned Income Credit are April 16, 2025. I'm not sure if that's when they'll actually deposit the money or if that's just a placeholder date. Anyone else checking their transcripts after Monday? With such a big EIC amount ($6,960.00), I'm really hoping this processing date of Feb 24 means good news is coming soon! Just remember, the processing date isn't necessarily your payment date. Let me know what your transcripts are showing - especially if you're claiming EIC like me!

Why tf they gotta make us wait so long with this PATH act nonsense smh

Return Transcript Shows N/A After IRS ID Verification While Account, Wage & Record Transcripts Still Accessible 2019-2022 - Need for Mortgage Verification

I just verified my identity with the IRS on Tuesday and something weird happened. Before verifying I could see all my transcript options, but now the Return Transcript shows N/A for everything. I'm looking at my screen right now at sa.www4.irs.gov under the Customer File Number section where it says "You selected: Federal Tax" and "We suggest you download: Record of Account Transcript." Below that is the section showing "transcripts and years available" with the following: Return Transcript: N/A (completely blank where it used to show available years) Record of Account Transcript: 2021, 2020, 2019 Account Transcript: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 Wage & Income Transcript: 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019 I can still see my Account Transcript for years 2019-2022 and Wage & Income Transcript for the same years (2019-2022), but the Return Transcript section that used to show available years is now completely N/A. The Record of Account Transcript shows years 2019-2021 are available. The system still shows definitions explaining that "Return transcripts include items from your tax return as filed, including any forms and schedules" and that they're typically used for "requirements like offering mortgages and loans." My Account Transcript still shows transactions between me and the IRS including "original returns, estimated tax payments, and amended returns." According to the glossary on the page: - Return Transcript: "Return transcripts include items from your tax return as filed, including any forms and schedules. Return transcripts fulfill most requirements like offering mortgages and loans." - Account Transcript: "Account transcripts show transactions between you or the IRS including your original returns, estimated tax payments, and amended returns." - Record of Account: "Record of account transcripts combine the tax return and account transcripts." - Wage & Income: "Wage and income transcripts show data from information returns such as W-2s, 1099s, etc. reported to the IRS. Current year information may not be complete until July." - Verification of Non-filing: (partial text visible) "Verification of non-filing is a letter that IRS does not have a record of a processed tax return for the year of the letter. If you received an error when trying to get this, you'll need to..." Does anyone know what this N/A status means or how long until it goes back to normal? I'm concerned because I need this for mortgage verification purposes. Should I just use the Record of Account Transcript since that's what the system is suggesting?

has anyone else noticed that even after the N/A goes away sometimes the transcripts still show weird stuff? like cycle codes changing and stuff

IRS Blocked My E-Filing: Fraudulent Return Already Filed Using My Identity - Must Mail Paper Return by April 15, 2025

I tried to file my taxes but got completely blocked because IRS records indicate that a return has already been filed using my identity. I just got this alert saying "Fraudulent Tax Filing Identified" with a message that "IRS records indicate that a return has been filed using your identity. Criminals attempt to file a fraudulent return and claim a tax refund under a stolen identity. By letting us know you're a victim of identity theft, the refund will not be issued." The system is telling me I won't be able to file electronically at all and will need to mail a paper return by April 15, 2025. The message specifically states: "If you were planning to file a tax return this tax season, you will not be able to file electronically and will need to mail your paper return by April 15, 2025." They provided a link about "Where To File Paper Tax Returns" but I'm honestly freaking out about this whole situation. They mentioned something about an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN), which apparently is a six-digit number that can help protect against tax-related identity theft. The message says: "If you don't already have an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) you may get an IP PIN as a proactive step to protect yourself from tax-related identity theft." It also explains that "An (IP PIN) is a six-digit number..." Has anyone dealt with this before? I'm especially worried because this means someone has my personal information and is trying to steal my refund. The IRS says they won't issue the refund to the fraudulent filing since I'm reporting I'm a victim of identity theft ("By letting us know you're a victim of identity theft, the refund will not be issued"), but what should I do next? This whole situation is really stressing me out. I got this message when I was trying to verify my return, and it appeared as a "Fraudulent Tax Filing Identified" alert. I'm trying to figure out what immediate steps I need to take beyond mailing in a paper return. Should I report this to other agencies? Will this affect my credit? How long will it take to resolve?

Pro tip: send everything certified mail with tracking. The IRS loves to say they never got stuff šŸ™„
