2024 IRS Transcript Shows 570 Freeze, 971 Notice & Unusual 424 Code - Stuck at "Return Received" for Weeks

I'm looking at my transcript and the codes are all over the place. Got a 570 freeze code last week, then a 971 notice issued, now showing some random 424 code I've never seen before. My cycle code is 20240605. The amounts keep changing too. Pretty sure I'm stuck in some sort of review loop. Just checked the IRS2Go app again and it's still showing the generic "Return Received" status with the three-stage progress bar (Return Received, Refund Approved, Refund Sent). I'm still stuck at the first stage even though it's been weeks. The app message says "We have received your tax return and it is being processed. If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances. Please check here or visit IRS.gov/Refunds, to check on your refund status." At the bottom it mentions "Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" which I know is pretty standard, but combined with those transcript codes (570, 971, 424), I'm getting worried. Anyone else's transcript looking this chaotic? Has anyone received these same codes and messages but eventually got their refund? I was counting on this money and now I have no idea when (or if) it's coming.
