3 Months and Still Waiting - January Head of Household Filer Stuck in IRS Processing Since February

Filed my taxes back in January and still stuck on processing. Starting to get worried since its been 3 months already. I check the IRS app daily and all I see is this: "Refund Status Results Return Received ✓ Refund Approved ? Refund Sent ?" "We have received your tax return and it is being processed. If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances. Please check here or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go, to check on your refund status." It also shows "Helpful Information" with "Tax Topic 152, Refund Information" and under "Your personal tax information" it shows: Tax Year: 2024 Filing Status: Head of household What happened to the "21 days" they promised? It's been over 90 days now! Anyone actually getting approved or are we all just sitting here waiting? The WMR tool just shows the processing message and my transcript hasn't updated since February. I'm getting seriously worried that something is wrong with my return but there's no explanation from the IRS about what's causing the delay. Is anyone else stuck in this same situation? Did anyone who filed in January finally get their refund recently? I'm starting to wonder if I should call the IRS directly, but I've heard the wait times are insane.
